Pursuant to art. 13 of the legislative decree n. 196 of 30 June 2003, it is known that Glacier KG uses the personal data of guests and suppliers and people, who voluntarily communicate their personal details to the hotel or to the management (orally, through business cards, by fax, email or through the website).
Our company, in compliance with the provisions of the law, guarantees that the processing of personal data takes place in compliance with the fundamental rights and freedoms and the dignity of the interested party, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to protection of personal data.
